    I noticed you didn't activate the yeast, or even add a warm liquid. After looking it up, I found there's really no need to do it. Have you used both methods, and if so have you noticed any big differences between the two? Every time I make a yeasted dough I freak out about the temp of the liquid I'm using hoping i don't kill it, and every recipe I see calls for the yeast to be activated, it'd be nice to know that I can skip this step

    Did I miss a step or something, my dough is really sticky before leaving to rise, never gets smooth like that, and never rises afterwards. Most other things say to activate the yeast in warm water, but yours misses that step?

    So I'm totally trying this recipe this holiday season and see if I can create a new family tradition of cinnamon rolls at Christmas. And I will piggyback on what others have said - sharing the mistakes is actually super-helpful information and as an avid viewer of your videos, feel free to share more mistakes as that info is nearly as valuable as how to do it right.

    This is my favorite recipe to use, but every time I've made it something goes wrong. After mixing it for 10 minutes it's still sticky so i end up having to add a lot more flour, like two cups. I usually double the recipe and convert the ounces to cups, so i use four cups total, and i use all purpose flour instead of bread flour. Could that be the problem? It also never doubles in size, but they still turn out way better than other recipes i follow

    Ah, you didn't give the rolls any space? That's basically rule #1 of cinnamon roll baking. Even the cinnamon roll tubes tell you that.

    Last time I was mahjong them my yeast had vanished, but I had my heart set on making them, so hubs offered me some of brewers yeast, figured what the hey. The softest most amazing dough I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

    If you want to take these to the next level, spread softened butter on the inside of the rolled out dough before you dust it with the sugar. I was told by coworkers that they tasted professionally made, before they had heart attacks.

    This looks sooo delicious I am glad it’s that easy to proof at home! I read advice on proofing with steam in the oven and thought that would take too many man hours. :D I can’t wait to save up and do this recipe! Question though. I don’t have a kitchen aid, just the hand mixer. Is it still safe to use to make the dough or should I mix with hands? Thank you!

    I tried making these and so far I think iruined them by using cold ingrediedents and flour to roll them out (the dough wastoo runny) and now they would rise again and I'm actually having a breakdown I spent my whole day making these fucking thingsplease work
