Mozzarella on a poutine... I would expect that outside of Quebec but certainly not in Montreal. Clearly they went for quantity over quality on this one!

Not a lot of people know that Mc donalds had a problem with vegatarians awhile back because they used beef flavoring in their fries.

French fries aren’t french... french fries indicates the way of cutting them, being the thin fries we all know at like mcdonalds for example. Fries itself are a Belgian invention. And they used to be cut a bit thicker unlike at most fast food places, however for example Burger King comes closer to the original way of cutting fries.

As soon as she said, "Monsieur madame tout le monde", I was waiting for one of them to speak up and say ... what? At the same time... sad they didn't go to La Banquise in Montreal while doing the fry episode. Hopefully poutine is another episode.

The fries should be the focus of the dish and not the meat, vegies and others.

Poutine is literally the best. Especially when you go to Montreal or anywhere in Quebec. They use curds and it enhances the flavour.
