    olive oil in a chutney? maybe it's his own version but in reality, Indian's will never used olive oil in chutneys it doesn't bring out the full flavors of the spices.

    Sometimes I wonder how many spices Gordan has in his kitchen. Every cooking video he makes I see at least 2-3 spices I've never heard of in my life. I'm more of a onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper kind of guy.
